By accessing or using SignalBox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignalBox is a developer tool that monitors GitHub Actions workflows, Vercel deployments, and Linear issues, delivering real-time push notifications and AI-powered signal intelligence. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Third-Party Integrations

SignalBox connects to third-party services (GitHub, Vercel, Linear, Google, Apple) through their APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SignalBox and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@signalbox.sh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
